Norah C. Sullivan is the owner of RESOLUTION, a management services organization.

Sullivan has extensive law firm legal-assistant and paralegal experience in biotechnology patent litigation and prosecution groups.  After relocating to Rocky River, Ohio from Boston, Massachusetts, Sullivan worked with the Cleveland Clinic’s Lerner Research Institute as the department coordinator in the Neurosciences Department before forming RESOLUTION in 2007.

A Northeastern University science major and student of the N.U. Business Management Certificate Program, Sullivan was an editor for Nora Sanchez Turner, Esq., the founder and director of National Children’s Bench Book Project, and the related Children’s Law and Policy Initiative, Inc.  Both organizations are “dedicated to creating a protective and healing legal and judicial environment for children following abuse based on multi-disciplinary, evidence-based policy and practice.”

Sullivan, in collaboration with business organizations, encourages the integration of community nonprofit partnerships in the workplace.
